I got similar problems and wishes of better food and exercice these days, I hope that my timetable and wills will help me to follow this better way for the following months :)
It seems to be a good way to climb to the stars by walkies :)
wow steph! awesome inspiration. it always seems like i get one or two of those goals down at any given time, but never all 3. it's good motivation to try and align them. :)
enjoy the spring!
Great... thanks to you I found a way of car-sharing in my place.
You're an evangelist ;)
Hi Stephanie,
I enjoyed reading your huge post :)
It made me ask myself say... yeah a lot of questions.
I think not it requires any special courage to finish reading your words, because they are simply "you", and you are so cool it is actually harder to quit reading once started :D
Take care everyone,

Great post! The geek I'm, I had made similar thougths around a year ago (whithout a doctor). Seating a long day on a chair will kill my back and I want definitivly still travel when I'm a pensioner. So I had to do something about it. I go now one or twice a week to the gym and I feel good aferwards, but it cost me heaps of time. The good thing is that I walk 20 minutes a day to the train anyway.
But probably I have to think about me eating habits to. I eat ways to unhealty.
I think your actually a really healty geek, at least much healtier than I am.
