I've heard raves about Pair Networks (pair.com) WRT your needs as you've defined them, without the need to put aside an entire box.
If their hosting options aren't so hot in your opinion, you might drop a line to Makiko Itoh and learn more about the solution her and her husband employ. I know it's an outfit out of New York, but not much more.

Not up to date with pricing structures, but maybe you'll have a better service level with another host. Your site's offline quite a lot at the moment...

j'ai un superplan chez OVH, j'en suis plutot content. Pour le tarif, on ne peut pas esperer quelque chose d'exceptionnel en termes de performances, mais c'est suffisant pour mes activités.
Attention cependant à faire des sauvegardes régulièrement : il y a pas mal de crashs disques sur ces modèles s'ils sont un peu chargés (je n'ai pas encore eu de problèmes à ce niveau).
